Sau khi thông tin về sự việc được chia sẻ trên mạng xã hội, Sở GD&ĐT tỉnh Khánh Hòa đã thành lập tổ kiểm tra để làm rõ những nội dung liên quan. Kết quả xác minh cho thấy việc thí sinh mang điện thoại vào phòng thi là có thật, nhưng thông tin về việc sử dụng phao thi chưa được xác nhận.

Trước đó, một học sinh tên V.V. ở khu vực Cam Ranh đăng tải bài viết phản ánh rằng có thí sinh bị phát hiện dùng điện thoại và phao thi tại phòng thi số 0577. Người này cho biết bản thân không trực tiếp dự thi tại phòng thi trên mà nghe lại từ những người quen biết. Sau khi rà soát, cơ quan chức năng chỉ xác định hành vi mang điện thoại vào phòng thi. Việc xử lý được thực hiện dựa trên kết quả xác minh nhằm đảm bảo tính nghiêm túc, công bằng trong kỳ thi tốt nghiệp THPT.
