This object was found on our bedside table, after we were on vacation. We had a house-sitter, who may have left it behind. We also have biweekly cleaners, that may have found it somewhere, and placed it on the table.

PLEASE tell me it is not a C-ring. We didn’t touch it, and threw it away. I’m just not familiar with ‘rings’ and don’t know if this was left behind my our house-sitter’s boyfriend.

He is kinda old, I think roughly 14. Is this normal for an aging cat, or is there something wrong with him? I don't really know how to phrase the question because whenever I google it, I get images of either matted fur or patches of skin showing through fur. Neither is happening here, I don't really know what it is. His fur is clean and smooth (he is giving himself a bath right now), and I can't see his skin through his fur

During the FIFA World Cup match of Norway vs. England, the goalkeeper kicked a soccer ball that many people claim to hit the steel cable for the camera in the air.

FIFA is claiming that based on the sensor inside the soccer ball, there was no evidence to suggest that the ball came into contact with anything in the air, even though you can see the change in direction drawn out from the picture.

I’m sure that doing the math for something like this would be close to if not impossible as you don’t have elevations or any concrete measurements to go off of. However, I thought it would be worth asking as I’m sure math can do some pretty amazing things. 🙏

Edit – P.S: there are multiple camera angles and such that were recorded at the time that I obviously couldn’t include in this post, I hope someone is able to find something they could use to help 👍
