But this should also make you mad.
We spent years acting like rainforest tracking was simply too vast and complex to do in real-time. Meanwhile, illegal logging and mining operations moved seamlessly. Funny how extractive industries always find efficiency first.
Forests do not just sit there looking pretty. They regulate global water cycles, stabilize carbon, and house untold medical discoveries. Now that we can gather conservation data at this speed, the excuses for inaction vanish. We have the tools. The delay is no longer a technical issue. It is a choice.
