The infertility industry runs on repeated heartbreak and repeated invoices. You pay, you hope, you age, you try again. Now there is a crack in that cycle. Ovo Labs just announced a therapy called EmbryoProtect 1. It targets aging-related damage inside human eggs. In a preclinical study, the share of viable eggs jumped from 47 percent to 71 percent. They are essentially teaching older eggs to behave young again. The science is advancing. The regulatory timeline is dragging. And in the middle are people draining their life savings on a system that might soon become obsolete. If egg damage is actually reversible, the entire IVF landscape is about to fracture.
