I feel ashamed when I can’t use a computer like people my age. I freaking fumble and barely understand computers anymore. I make PowerPoints and pdf files and send emails on my phone.
They didn’t really teach us how to use computers that well at our school and we didn’t have one at home so I had no interaction with computers from the age of 12 until 20 when I finally got one cause I had to.

I feel so overwhelmed that I just don’t even get close to computers and get nervous when I have to use one.
One time I cried over not being able to save a word file as a pdf cause I was clicking save as a pdf file but when I checked my documents it wasn’t there and I almost threw my laptop at the wall…suggestions? As a complete computer armature where do I start? How? Have any of you ladies ever experienced this?

EDIT: just wanted to add that I’m 22 and do plan on majoring in something that will definitely entail the use of computers. I can’t type with ten fingers and there’s honestly not much I can do with a computer. I guess I need to starts with the basics, it just gets very overwhelming when I stand back and see that there’s so much I need to learn that will probably only scratch the surface. I am looking for some courses to take though and your suggestions for YouTube tutorials is at the top of my list, thank you. I’m still open to any and all suggestions.
