Sen. John Fetterman sharply criticized New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani, calling him a “clown” over his repeated calls to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he visits New York for the U.N. General Assembly. Fetterman dismissed the proposal, noting that the United States is not a party to the International Criminal Court, which issued the arrest warrant.
