he's an old man with glaucoma, I have to give him eye drops for it, but now he associates me with "thing I don't like time" so he's stopped cuddling and hanging around me.
i've even tried treats during med time for positive reinforcement. did not work. he now runs from treats bcs he hates meds more than he loves treats.
all in all it's a small price to pay for making sure he's not in pain and healthy, but it still makes me sad 🙁 I miss him using me as a pillow
