I believe this image is AI because the black lines look too neat? When I reverse image search I just see other completed versions of this. The reasons I am doubting that it is AI is 1) because the person linked the pattern to a patreon instead of a normal AI cross stitch site 2) the picture does not contain the full background that you see for the pattern or when you image reverse. It makes it seem like there were some creativity.
