Need help identifying this object I found while walking on the beach in North Carolina. It’s rough, brick red, and about the size of a golf ball. It’s also very light and weighs about 10 grams. It has no smell and there wasn’t anything else like it nearby. I have no idea what it could be and Google hasn’t turned up any answers.
