I work in big tech as a software engineer so most ppl show up in things like casual sweats, tshirts, or shorts. I have worn cropped tank tops and shorts to work several times before, but am wondering if I should dress a bit more conservatively during heat waves 😆

I love the idea of maxi dresses since they’re easy to wear & I don’t need to shave my legs LOL. I can’t wear anything with spaghetti straps since I end up looking almost nude on chest-up video calls.

I can’t tell if this one is boring suburban mom or not? I would style it with white sneakers, oversized gold rimmed glasses, and my large dark curly hair half up with a claw clip. Maybe red sneakers or some zebra print if I’m feeling spicy.
