I recently went back to work after 20 years. The office is very business casual. Almost casual in fact. Jeans. Leggings. Sweatshirts. I’m not a casual gal and love dressing up (but not in a suits/conservative way). Here’s my question, I’ve been out of the game for so long, are tanks/dress/tops (not spaghetti strap) ok for a casual office setting? Like 1-2 inch wide straps. I’ve worn sleeveless my first week but I have so many dresses and sets and tops that are more tank than sleeveless. (I have a thing with sleeves. I hate them. I’m always hot and the office is hot so a jacket over the tank or dress is out of the question). 20 years ago I would never dream of it but times have changed and maybe I’m too old school? Tia!

I want to possibly wear this dress to a concert next month but want to make it more edgy. Possibly pearing with these gold ish dragon earrings I have, and my lifted black leather converse. I want to keep in the realm of 90s grunge. would love some ideas.
