I have been up since 5 am, did seven hours of therapy, and am locked out of my Airbnb room because it swung shut as I went to the bathroom.
Called my landlord/host and she said, I’m too sleepy, call a locksmith, I was too busy. I said, why did you take the key and never copy it? She said I told you I was too busy (she did not, she just gave it back the second time without telling me she hadn’t made a copy.) she said jimmy it or call a locksmith. Mind you, I booked this room /location because it has a washer dryer. The woman installed coin slots on that thing, and it uses eco settings.
I told her I’ll just pay for a new door, my meds are in there (along with everything I need for work and my seven am meeting tomorrow.)
The door is now a hacked up mess, another Airbnb guest said “just go to the hospital if you need your meds that bad” (we are in amerikkka, specifically the DMV, and I’m a masculine presenting woman, not by choice, just deep voice and strong jaw due to a motorcycle wreck, I’ve already had terrible six hour plus waits if I don’t bring a white man with me.)
I now have to sleep on her foyer couch with motion activated lights that trigger anytime anyone uses the bathroom or kitchen.
it’s mild because it will be rectified when she decides to get up, but definitely infuriating.

Gdi. She’s not at another house btw. Just the top floor. I loathe this cheap woman.

IM IN THE ROOM SHE USED HER TAPE MEASURE TO PULL MY KEYS OUT FROM UNDER THE DOOR INSIDE THE ROOM THEN GAVE ME A HUG AND SAID GO TO SLEEP HELLLLL YEA
