i’ve been working in food service since i was 16 (now f21). i need to get out.

the other day a customer threw up in a glass at my restaurant and left it there for me to find and clean up, and carry (warm and lovely) to the back. i wish i could say this is the first time this has happened. no one knows how to handle their liquor.

people are rude and disgusting and disrespectful every day and i’m sick of going home smelling like food and sore and exhausted.

i finally have made it to the final round of a real life salaried office job. i interned with this company before and know them well.

they told me that it’s between me and one other candidate. i’ll allegedly hear back “early to mid this week”. it’s 4pm tuesday and i’m trying not to lose hope.

i need this job so bad yall. wish me luck <3
