I watched the movie yesterday and I can’t stop thinking about it. It affected me so deeply as someone who was SAd by a “good guy”.
Seeing someone who appears completely normal to other people do things to you against your will, knowingly perfectly well that you do not want this, but not caring because they are enjoying it was so harrowing.
He got PLENTY of glimpses of the real Nikki snapping back to reality and being horrified, she even tried to kill herself, she left him notes saying that she wasn’t herself. He knew the real Nikki didn’t want this but he didn’t care bc he enjoyed the attention.
Especially the scene where he hears the real Nikki screaming on the phone but going on like nothing happened and then he got to actually speak with her while the “possessed” Nikki was sleeping and she begged him to kill her to end her misery and he had the audacity to ask IF ITS SO BAD BEING WITH HIM and she replied basically saying mate we were never together this isn’t me!!!! AND HE WALKED AWAY WHILE SHE BEGGED HIM!!! HELLO????
Not only he knew that real Nikki didn’t want this but that she was trapped in her own body, AWARE of what was going on to the point she wanted to die to escape.
Absolutely horrifying and unfortunately real stuff.
