I play with musical synthesizers and I can’t recognize this device, or find out what it is. The photo was sent to me on assumption it may be a vintage synth but it doesn’t seem to be that. Google suggests a Baldwin Organ Console (it is not) or a Sansui audio-video controller based on the button color scheme, but it’s not that either. To me it looks like an older 70s computer or medical equipment, but I can’t say for sure.
