A turkey taco: flour tortilla, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, smoked peppered turkey, cilantro cream sauce, and bbq sauce.

My boyfriend and I have been together for 10 months. Our relationship was amazing until the 8 month mark. I started feeling bored, aggitated, and less attracted to him. These were small feelings, I didn't even notice them too much. At the 9 month mark, they became more regular and I started getting concerned. Since then, they've only gotten worse.

I talked to my boyfriend about it at that 9 month mark. We attempted to come up with some things to help, as well as agreed that we both wanted to try to make it work. Nothing changed though. I started seeing a therapist at that 10 month mark. She's great, but she can't make the decision for me and I'm really struggling.

My big reasons for breaking up are:
    1) I know he doesn't deserve this.
    2) It's been a month and a half of trying to fix it, I feel like that's a problematically long time of being on the fence.
    3) Do these feelings mean he's not my person?
    4) And, of course, all of the feelings I'm experiencing.

My big reasons against breaking up are:
    1) He's such a great boyfriend. All of my feelings weren't caused by him, only relating to him, and he's still been nothing but patient with this whole situation.
    2) This happened with my ex and I came to regret it, I don't want to make the same mistake.
    3) I don't know if these feelings are temporary or permanent, I don't want to make a permanent decision based on a temporary feeling.
    4) I don't want to hurt my boyfriend at all, or as little as possible.
    5) All relationships have their ups and downs, right?

I don't know what to do. I'm so scared I'm going to make the wrong decision. I don't want to drag it out and it build hate and resentment, but I don't want to end it without giving it a proper chance.
