Local community group posted this image on Facebook along with a message. This seems too outrageous to be true. Something about the neat arrangements of the fish also looks… fishy? Here is the text that came with it:
“Our local county maintenance staff has to clean up a lot of despicable things at the (Name) Community Park – but this is most egregious. Along with a dozen empty wine bottles thrown into the restroom, she found the toilet stuffed with at least a dozen of these fish. You don’t want them? Throw them back! The entitlement and disrespect shown here is unbelievable. Our local warden has been here. The waste of local resources is unethical, immoral, and quite illegal. The vast (vast) majority of people here would never do this; it’s the small percentage that cause problems.”
