beef and provolone on sourdough, some strawbs
I’m a cis woman and moderately chested, 38F cup. I feel like I’m pretty average in appearance- but regardless I’ve never known peace from the male gaze no matter what I wear or what I’m doing. There’s a lot of mainstream fetishization of normal features on women (ie latina, curvy, tall, muscular) and I tick all those boxes- coupled with the fact that I’m somewhat funny every man thinks im his future wife. I can’t go anywhere or do anything without being approached either in dms or in person.
I was with my best friend at a queer event and they were giving out free gender affirming items, kind of on a whim I asked for a chest binder and I felt bad because I’m not transmasc and I offered to pay and they declined. (Because they’re amazing people)
I wore it that evening and I liked how it changed my shape- I like baggy clothes and the clothes just looked better on a flatter chest and more like how I envisioned them when I originally bought them. I started buying clothes with my binder in mind and experimenting with more styles- I got some awesome baggy jeans from Tilly’s men section and some baggy tees, I raided my dad’s closet and started wearing more masculine jewelry from time to time and looking more “scruffy” I guess. I look like I raided a 20 year old guy’s closet in 2005 and that’s what I was going for.
I’ve noticed that not only do I feel more like myself but the amount of times I’ve been approached by men is zero. I’m invisible when I go out and the realization brought me so much peace.

ETA: I think it’s so sweet that some people want to buy binders after this post- It’s worth it!! Best of luck!!
