My family thinks this looks AI, but it seems to be a bit too old. All of the expressions are hyper detailed relative to the style of the rest of the image. None of the postures seem correct and their position in their environments seems all wrong.
On the other hand, this sign debuted apparently at least 3-4 years ago.
