Hey everyone, I found this small, clear plastic object lying on the sidewalk today. It looks like a tiny tube or vial with a flat base or cap on one end, and it seems to have a little bit of clear liquid (like water) inside it.
Does anyone know what this is or what it's used for? Thanks in advance!
