HBD to my little guy Tater Tot. I saved this little guy from a kill shelter in San Bernardino and moved him to Orange County. He was 1.5 lbs, 6 weeks old, had ring worm all over but the first very time I picked him up. He started purring and imprinted on me like I’ve know him for all my life.
1 year and change later. He’s a healthy 18 lbs (he’s not fat. He’s big boned..lol), thriving and has filled our house with love and so many memories. It’s been so fun watching him grow up.
I want another cat to help him with separation anxiety as I travel quite often for work. Do I continue to raise him as a single child? He seems so happy and is very attached to me…or will another cat be his BFF? What’s been your experience?
