Lemon Flavored Shaved Ice

I need to rant because I am genuinely pissed off.
I'm in the Navy, so I'm going to use some phrases that might not make sense.
So first of all, I worked three 12 hour shifts over the weekend. Friday to Sunday. Then my Department Head still required me to come in and do a full work day on Monday.
But its okay, I get Tuesday and Wednesday off.
I get a text from my LPO on Tuesday asking about incoming sailor, cause admin wants to know when he's actually coming to the command.
I text the kid, and the incoming dude isn't a kid btw, he's not some brand new 18 year old straight out of basic. He's in his thirties. But anyways.
I email admin, I tell them the time he's going to be here, and that I will bring him to them. His flight then get's delayed, I email admin again and let them know.
Wednesday fucking morning, I have three different entities contacting me. My DH, Admin, the sponsorship coordinator. All asking the same question, that I have already answered.
Even crazier, the email from Admin says, "sorry to bother you, oh and also we did get your last email." so then why are other people bothering me!!! On what is essentially my SUNDAY!!!
But anyways, what's really got me upset is my DH. I told him, "I emailed admin yesterday and I emailed them again today. They should already have the incoming sailor's contact info as well. Regardless, I have added him to an email chain and told him to respond to it with his details.'
And then my DH says, "Rgr, That's not his responsibility to tell admin about his flight information, you're supposed to relay it."
Like bro, why are we bottle necking, furthermore, I DID!!! Like what the fuck is the point of all of you Khakis and Admin having a morning sync up EVERY MORNING, if you are not syncing up.
But also, if you're gonna throw the regulation at me, I shouldn't have been assigned as his sponsor anyways, because my life circumstances are not similar to his; I'm not a man, I don't have dependents, and I'm not geo-baching. Furthermore, the instruction says that if there is a question he has, that I am not equipped to answer, that I should put him in contact with the entity that can, aka ADMIN!
And what really grinds my gears about this, is the fact that I was voluntold into the sponsorship program. Like they assign you a person in NSIPS and there is no availability to decline it. I mean I guess I could have just not clicked the prompt. But also, I'm not trying to fuck this dude over, and genuinely I want what's best for him, but I'm so tired of this command bullshit.
Its especially dubious because my rate switched to Billet Based Advancement this cycle, meaning that no matter what I do at this command, no matter how well I perform, I have no availability to advance while I am here. So its like, whats even the point of doing collateral duties unrelated to my main job.
This whole thing has really been eating me up. I'm sorry if this has been long or confusing to read.
