I (24F) work as a janitor in a baking facility(we have a cafe bakery up front and production bakers in back). I started walking to the break room and turned into a hallway with a blind spot and caught one of the production bakers with his hand IN HIS PANTS, one leg bent, tip toed and back ARCHED to dig in his ass crack. I immediately turned and walked away, told a coworker, had a couple laughs but then the concern set in. This guy has a track history of poor hygiene but this takes the cake….
I told my manager but im genuinely concerned because this guy works with food. He also has long nails so even if he washed his hands, I doubt he got under his nails. I cannot look at him anymore.
