I know there’s evidence that there’s been neutron stars that have merged having revolved around one another and usually very fast during there death spiral and usually they create a black hole but I don’t know to what extent that event can mean mathematically and physically. Neutron stars are the densest physical object having around twice the mass of the sun compacted into a 20kmish sphere. How much energy is created in the impact? What type of visual would an observer see? How far would the shockwave or damage spread out to?
