I bike past this house almost every day. The house itself is almost one hundred years old, so the object might be quite old as well. Gemini says it's a park bench that was converted into a garden planter bed. I can see that second part, but I'm wondering what it was originally. It sits too high to have been a bench that people sit in. You can't tell by the picture, but the concrete slab is higher than waist level. Has it always been a planter and I'm just overthinking it?
